Over more than fifteen years we have delivered enterprise software, ERP systems, server infrastructure and AI integration for over 100 organisations across Taiwan, Japan and Southeast Asia. The parent company site is jwisdom.com.tw, where the client and project list is published. In Vietnam, J-Wisdom operates a branch that brings the full AI product range and a local engineering team to businesses here, with support entirely in Vietnamese and English.

Two groups. First, software we build ourselves: AutoGrowth for finding new customers, Chat AI for customer care around the clock, and a free ERP and POS system for purchasing, sales and inventory. Second, professional services: AI integration into existing systems, custom software development, web and application design, servers in Vietnam, and information security.

Are AutoGrowth and Chat AI suitable for small and medium businesses?

Both products were designed for small and medium service businesses: nail salons, spas, gyms, yoga studios and clinics. A free trial with a modest allowance is available and requires no credit card. Most customers are live and running within one to two days.

How long does a project usually take?

Ready-made software such as AutoGrowth or Chat AI: one to two days to go live. Custom software: two to twelve weeks depending on complexity. A free consultation always precedes a detailed quotation so feasibility is settled first.

Is customer data safe, and where is it stored?

All data is held on servers in Vietnam, in compliance with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection. HTTPS encryption applies end to end, backups run daily, and the multi-tenant architecture isolates each business's data completely.

Does J-Wisdom support integration with existing systems?

Yes. Every product exposes a REST API and webhooks. The Enterprise plan can push data in real time to external systems such as a CRM, an ERP or accounting software. Our technical team assists with integration where needed.

Yes. Every product and service includes an operations package with monitoring around the clock and regular feature updates. You can reach support through the J-Wisdom page at any time, or by Zalo, Slack and email.

What is an ERP system?

An ERP is a management system shared across the whole business. You switch on the modules you need, such as Inventory, Accounting and Customers. Data from every department is connected, so nobody has to move between separate applications and spreadsheets.

Is an ERP too complex for a small or medium business?

Accepted Answer

No. We maintain a standard configuration for small and medium businesses with a straightforward interface. You can start with basic inventory and leave the more complex processes until later.

Can the system still be used when the network is down?

Accepted Answer

The system runs in the cloud, but some modules such as retail POS support offline mode. You can still take payment without a connection, and the data syncs once the network returns.

Is the data in the system safe?

We use bank-grade SSL encryption and back the data up on a schedule. With hosting managed by J-Wisdom, the system is monitored for security around the clock, which is safer than a server sitting in your office.

How long does an ERP rollout usually take?

It depends on scale. A standard configuration is usually operating within two to four weeks. Heavy customisation takes two to three months. We map your processes first to keep that time down.
